Serenity Flow

Service Description

In this class, students will build strength, flexibility, and balance while flowing through breath-initiated movements. Slow to moderate sequential progression will be smooth and focused to encourage mindfulness. This class will leave you feeling peaceful & serene. All levels welcome.

Cancelation Policy

Our policy allows any cancellations - as long as it is 2 hours before class.
