Service Description

A 45-minute total body, muscle-endurance workout inspired by elements of barre, Pilates, & yoga. The focus is on low-impact, high intensity targeted movements with multiple repetitions using light weights, resistance bands, &/or small fitness ball. All the benefits of a classical Barre class condensed with an extra boost of power & challenge!
