Warm Radiant Flow

Service Description

The warm version of our Radiant Flow set in a mildly heated 85 degrees, this is an energizing, uplifting class where students mindfully transition from one pose to the next with breath-initiated movements. In this class, you will actively stretch, strengthen and tone your body. Practicing slow deep breathing will allow you to feel relaxed and at ease even in challenging moments. Our teachers will guide you on an empowering journey that will leave you feeling radiant!

Cancelation Policy

Our policy allows any cancellations - as long as it is 2 hours before class.
